A former practicing attorney and experienced talent professional, Kristopher I. Moore is one of two Senior Attorney Career Development Managers at our firm. Kris’s role focuses on the onboarding, integration, engagement, training, development, recognition, and retention efforts of associates and counsel in the Litigation section at our firm. In this role, Kris also oversees the performance review processes for all non-partner attorneys. Kris is also deeply involved in our firm’s extensive DEI+B programs and initiatives.

Prior to his role on the Talent Management team, Kris was a Litigation associate for five years at Robinson+Cole. Kris also worked as an Attorney Development Manager at Goodwin Procter LLP.
