Mary Kate McDevitt concentrates her practice at R+C on defending managed care organizations, life and disability insurers, plan administrators, employers, and fiduciaries in disputes arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and other state and federal laws.

She brings additional experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including False Claims Act and qui tam actions, government enforcement, compliance, white collar litigation, and commercial litigation.

Earlier in her career, Mary Kate served as a certified legal intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she supported attorneys in the civil and criminal divisions. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gary Gilman of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
