Robinson+Cole’s Capital Markets + Securities group represented Southern Cross Acquisition II Corp. (SCAT), a special purpose acquisition company, in its initial public offering (IPO). On August 27, 2026, SCAT completed its $76,526,300 IPO of 7,652,630 units at $10 per unit. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “SCATU” on August 26, 2026.
