Tyler G. Haas' work involves assisting our firm’s clients in resolving commercial and regulatory disputes across the country. 

Before joining our firm, Tyler served as an extern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island, where he assisted with drafting pre-trial motions and researched solutions to legal questions posed by Rhode Island state agencies.

Tyler also served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Patricia A. Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. In these roles, he drafted bench memoranda in preparation for oral arguments that pertained to appeals and pre-trial motions.

Prior to law school, Tyler worked at a software company where he held multiple roles, including in technical account management and customer support. Tyler also previously worked at a Big Four accounting firm and has experience auditing the financial statements and internal controls of organizations across several industries, such as biotechnology, healthcare, and higher education.
