William B. Ollayos has assisted on managed care litigation and healthcare-related regulatory matters. Through positions in state government, he has experience with complex healthcare law issues, providing a strong foundation in regulatory and compliance matters.

William served as a Summer Associate at Robinson+Cole in 2025. He gained valuable skills working on complex regulatory and litigation issues and researching statutes and case law across multiple jurisdictions. Among other matters, he worked on insurance coverage matters, Title IX compliance, and zoning appeals.

As a Law & Policy Fellow of the Connecticut Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity & Opportunity, he assisted with legislative and public policy matters, including statutory and policy analysis on healthcare, housing, education, and civil rights bills before the Connecticut General Assembly.
