Christina M. Lopes focuses on affordable housing development and institutional and utility real estate. She represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions in Connecticut. Christina is experienced in commercial real estate acquisition and disposition, structuring and negotiating leasing and financing transactions, and commercial leasing and easement transactions with utility companies, utilizing many financing sources.

Christina provides clients with exceptional service and knowledge in executing complex transactions while navigating the often-challenging real estate development and operations sector.

Christina previously represented businesses, individuals, state and municipal entities, and developers and investors in a range of commercial and residential real estate and corporate transactions. She led due diligence efforts for real estate and development projects, including title and survey analysis, entity review, evaluation and negotiation of easements and other encumbrances, and coordination with governmental agencies, utilities, municipalities, and third-party consultants.
