Conor T. Foley focuses his practice on defense litigation matters, primarily representing managed care organizations, including plan and claims administrators, employers, and plan fiduciaries who face claims asserted under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other state and federal laws.

Prior to joining our firm, Conor practiced at a nationally recognized law firm where he undertook federal False Claims Act cases, including complaints alleging violations of securities laws, health care laws, and federal contract laws. During law school, Conor participated in the Temple University Low Income Tax Clinic, where he helped clients navigate tax preparation and Internal Revenue Service audits. Prior to law school, Conor worked in Washington, DC for a government affairs firm, and served as a legislative intern for members of the United States Congress.
