Destiney Parker-Thompson focuses on complex commercial disputes and insolvency-related litigation. Her practice emphasizes contested matters, dispositive motion practice, and strategic dispute resolution in financially distressed and high-risk environments.

Destiney primarily represents secured lenders, financial institutions, and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and related state and federal litigation. Additionally, Destiney has experience representing debtors across multiple industries, drafting and negotiating Chapter 11 plans and disclosure statements, managing claims reconciliation, and coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate successful reorganizations.

Destiney previously served as the judicial law clerk to Judge Tamika Montgomery-Reeves of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and as judicial law clerk to Judge Craig T. Goldblatt of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
