Antirust + Trade Regulation team co-chair Jennifer Driscoll will be among the speakers presenting a program at the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law's Leadership Summit. Her program, co-presented with Randy Tritell, Chair Emeritus of the Section's Comments Committee and Former Director of the Office of International Affairs at the Federal Trade Commission, and Emilio Varanini, Co-Chair of the Comments Committee and Supervising Deputy Attorney General at Healthcare Rights and Access Section, Public Rights Division, for the California Attorney General, discussed the Section's process for selecting and drafting position papers called "Comments" in international and domestic issues for government agencies. Jen serves as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Comments Committee.
