For the 12th time overall—and the fifth consecutive year—Robinson+Cole has been recognized by the Hartford Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut, an honor driven by employee feedback collected through an independent survey administered by Workforce Research Group.

Among the 38 organizations named finalists this year, Robinson+Cole earned the highest overall rating of any law firm, ranking third in the large employer category, and was honored at the Hartford Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work Awards on March 5, 2026.

“Being named a Best Place to Work in Connecticut—based on employee feedback—is a real endorsement of the culture our lawyers and business professionals help create,” said Robinson+Cole Managing Partner J. Michael Wirvin. “It speaks to the strength of our community and reinforces our focus on building an environment where people feel supported, engaged, and proud of the work they do together.”

In Vault’s most recent rankings, Robinson+Cole received top 10 rankings in several categories, including Best Law Firms for Women, Integration of Laterals & Clerks, Technology & Innovation, and Overall Inclusion, and received strong marks across additional diversity, transparency, and wellness categories.
