Bankruptcy + Reorganizations group member Annecca Smith will moderate a panel titled, “Commercial Track B: Subchapter V: Perks and Pitfalls,” at the Connecticut Bar Association’s (CBA) 9th Annual Connecticut Bankruptcy Conference, presented by the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section.

Annecca’s panel will examine the practical implications of Subchapter V for debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders, highlighting its streamlined reorganization framework as well as the strategic and procedural issues that can emerge throughout a case.
