Affordable Housing + Finance team member Kristin Niver will present a webinar titled, “Solar Financing for Affordable Housing After OBBBA: Tax Credits, Bridge Loans, and Rooftop Deals,” hosted by the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.

Kristin’s program will explore the complexities of structuring solar projects for affordable housing developments. Using a post-OBBBA rooftop transaction as a practical framework, the program will address clean-energy tax credits, housing restrictions, real estate rights, and layered financing, as well as Section 48E eligibility, FEOC and begin-construction diligence, Section 6418 transfers, ITC bridge loans, leases, SNDAs, recapture, and tenant-benefit requirements.
