Kelley Yang advises companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. She represents buyers and sellers on acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, venture capital and other strategic investments, restructurings, corporate partnerships, and exit transactions.

Kelley counsels clients – public and private companies, private equity funds, family-owned businesses, startups, and emerging companies, etc. – on matters including corporate governance, entity formation, debt and equity financings, commercial contracting agreements, real estate transactions, intellectual property protection, and general corporate concerns.

At Northeastern University School of Law, Kelley served as a legal intern for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Boston, Massachusetts. She also was a Lawyering Fellow for Professor Sarah Lee Day. Kelley researched federal law pertaining to rights and access to reproductive health care for incarcerated people, in partnership with Reproductive Equity Now.
