Lachanee K. Scott focuses her practice on real estate and development law, with an emphasis on affordable housing finance and development.

She supports a range of real estate finance transactions, including construction-to-permanent financing for affordable housing, representing both lenders and borrowers. Lachanee prepares loan and organizational documents, coordinates title, survey, and zoning diligence, and leads group support teams managing transaction materials such as legal and diligence checklists and post-closing binders.

Lachanee also handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily commercial loan transactions. Her experience includes coordinating escrow closings and post-closing matters.

Before entering private practice, Lachanee worked as a commercial real estate paralegal, where she supported loan transactions and related diligence processes.
