Robinson+Cole’s Capital Markets + Securities group represented East West Ave Acquisition Corp. (EWAV), a special purpose acquisition company incorporated in the State of Nevada, in its initial public offering (IPO). EWAV completed its $100 million IPO of 10,000,000 units at $10 per unit, on August 3, 2026. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “EWAVU” on July 30, 2026.
