Jen Shanley Profiled in 2025 “40 Under Forty” Issue

Immigration group partner Jennifer Shanley was profiled in a special issue of the Hartford Business Journal commemorating the publication’s 2025 “40 Under Forty” winners. Jen’s profile features insight on her practice, accomplishments, community involvement, and her activities outside of work. “ My biggest [professional] accomplishment in my career is helping thousands of foreign nationals secure both temporary and permanent work authorization in the U.S. to fulfill their dream jobs while simultaneously assisting companies to retain key talent to allow further growth in the U.S,” said Jen. She also highlights her community involvement with her role as Chair of Women United, a philanthropic organization that raises funds and invests in financial programs for women and their families, and Secretary of Women in Manufacturing CT (WiM CT), an organization dedicated to strengthening the manufacturing sector by supporting, promoting, and inspiring women.
