Samuel Blakley focuses his practice on general business litigation and appellate matters. He advises clients on complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims and business torts such as fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Samuel has experience handling pre-trial phases of litigation. His experience includes matters arising from alleged breaches of construction and AIA agreements and commercial lease agreements. He regularly drafts and finalizes pleadings, dispositive motions, including summary judgment motions, and discovery demands and responses, and he argues dismissal and disclosure motions. Samuel also advocates for clients at court-ordered discovery and settlement conferences.

In law school, Samuel interned for Judge Marjorie Rendell in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and served as a summer legal intern in the Office of the New York State Comptroller. After law school, Samuel served as a law clerk for Justice Saliann Scarpulla of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
