Sana M. Din brings a unique perspective to Robinson+Cole’s Affordable Housing Finance team with experience representing government-sponsored enterprises (GSE), related seller/servicers, and lenders in financing multifamily housing projects.

Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Sana served as GSE counsel as well as underwriter’s counsel, bond counsel, trustee’s counsel, and borrower’s counsel to various clients including investment banking firms, educational and health care institutions, and state and local municipalities. Her work assisted in numerous tax-exempt and taxable bond financings relating to public infrastructure, utilities, charter schools, universities, multifamily housing, and retirement community projects.

Sana’s financial background comes from her time as an Investment Bank Collateral Specialist at JP Morgan Chase prior to earning her law degree. While at JP Morgan Chase, she managed the collateral process for hedge fund and energy client accounts, establishing her attention to detail and familiarity with large account financing.
