Stephanie J. Oppenheim Hosts Pro Bono Record Clearing Clinic for Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

On January 22, 2026, Managed Care + ERISA Litigation group lawyer Stephanie J. Oppenheim hosted a Pro Bono Record Clearing Clinic, in collaboration with Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, at the firm’s Philadelphia office, to commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. Criminal records often create barriers to employment, housing, and education opportunities for those looking to reintegrate themselves into society and contribute. R+C volunteer attorneys provided legal insight and drafted pardon applications for indigent Philadelphians with criminal records, helping them pursue a fresh start and greater economic stability and opportunity. Immigration group lawyer Ashley Rotchford and Managed Care + ERISA Litigation group lawyer Conor Foley also volunteered to assist with the initiative.
